Get to know Robert Biscardi, the owner of Reliable Electrical Services and Reliable Power Systems
Robert has always had a passion for serving the people of his community. So, in 1995, he became a Firefighter with the New York City Fire Department. After 10 years of dedicated service, Robert decided to expand his horizons by pursuing new ways to share with those around him while also providing employment opportunities and a foundation for his future family. With that in mind, Robert retired from the fire department and put all of his time and energy into growing his electrical company, Sun Electric Works, Inc. (formed in 2002).
That same year, he married the love of his life, Margie, who also works in the family business.
It didn’t take long for this master electrician to grow his small business into a well-known and bustling electrical contracting company. In 2006, the Biscardis decided to move their business to sunny South Florida in pursuit of the warmth and sunshine it’s famous for—giving new meaning to the company name! In 2009, he started the full-service generator division, Reliable Power Systems, a strong addition to the Sun Electric Works, Inc. company and yet another way for Robert to serve the residents of South Florida by providing safe and effective emergency standby power and the peace of mind that comes with it. In 2012, Robert also formed the d/b/a Reliable Electrical Services in order to rebrand the electrical division to match the growing generator division, Reliable Power Systems
When Robert is not hard at work spear-heading and developing his company, he can usually be found spending time with his wife, Margie, his 2 Sons, and Baci, the family beagle.
