A customer was still trying to decide what size of generator that he wanted. However, he knew he wanted it to run on liquid propane, so we installed an LP tank on his property.
Generators run off of diesel, gasoline, natural gas or LP. The typical size of an LP tank is either 205, 500 or 1,000 gallons. Depending on the size of generator, a tank can provide several days of continual use should an extended power outage occur. The owner of Reliable Power Systems is certified to install these tanks, but there are times where we will contract with a local installer.
